I am starting spend time at our data center in Seattle. I need to rebuild the team there as we have experienced many human errors in last few months.
Today, I asked the people there to clean up the space.
We really need Japanese Web developers to take care of our Japanese clients. If you know of anyone, please let us know.

I have no problem Federal Government enforcing an immigration regulation to the people who may be in the US illegally. So when I heard what the state of Arizona did, I thought there is No Problem. Then I really thought about it.
It is an immigration problem, and they are not migrating to Arizona, they are migrating to the US. So, it is a Federal Issue and not a State Issue. One State should not decide anything that should be decided on the Federal level. And here are some of the reason why:
(1) State does not have a relationship with the countries in diplomatic level.
(2) State does not have any deportation authority.
(3) State already have the authority to notify Federal Government when they arrest someone and find out they are staying the US illegally.
I know there is an immigration problem. But again it is a Federal Government matter. And if there is something a State wants to do, they should pass the law saying that the Federal Government mast enforce the tighter immigration rather than taking it in their own hand.
It has nothing to do with the color of the skin or how they look. It is just not a matter should the State government get involved directly.
This little device is very useful ... but can not replace my Macintosh. I use only iPad in the weekend when I do not need to do any complex tasks.
When does your job end when you take a message? It is all depends on how well you want to do your job in your company. Here are some options.
- Write down the message on the pad and leave it on the desk of the person.
If you do not do that, you have no hope. If you are a receptionist at the busy company, that may be all you can do. But if you are not hired as a receptionist and happened to pickup a phone and took message, you may want to
Write down the message
Leave the message on the desk
Call later to find out if the person responded (make sure the message was delivered.)
If you can do that, you are more than the receptionist. You just became an owner of that message. There are more thing you can do than just write the message down.
Here is something that I don't see very often. Something made in Japan.
Fourteen is one of the small golf equipment manufacturers in Japan. The equipments they produce are very poplar among the professionals and low handicap amateurs.
Although, the pricing you see here are much less than what they sell for in Japan, they are very expensive in the US market. They have not done the homework. That is very unfortunate.
They have one of the best wedges in the market, but their price of $169 is about $40 to $50 higher than brand mane wedges like Titleist, Cleveland, Callaway and Ping.
I can't find anything that is made in the USA. Does this country produce anything any more? It is very sad. Also, there is not much I can find that is made in Japan either.
Gasoline price has gone down in last few days. The price usually goes up toward the summer. I wonder why?
