I took my second dose of Covid-19 Vaccine on May 1. That means, it has been 14 days. I am as immune as I can get. I will start my golfing tomorrow. The good course send me a mail saying that. they will not longer need masks even inside if you are fully vaccinated.
I really hope this is the beginning of the end of this stupid Covid-19.

Thank you.
I just received announcement from my golf club that fully vaccinated member and guests do not have to wear mask at the golf course as well as inside the club house. I think I will soul wear them but it is a good news.
Finally we are starting to see the end of Covid-19.

Broken Windows Theory
When you disregard the small things, it will escalate to bigger problem. I really think this is what we need a society.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Broken Windows Theory
Broken windows theory, academic theory proposed by James Q. Wilson and George Kelling in 1982 that used broken windows as a metaphor for disorder within neighbourhoods. Their theory links disorder and incivility within a community to subsequent occurrences of serious crime.
Broken windows theory had an enormous impact on police policy throughout the 1990s and remained influential into the 21st century. Perhaps the most notable application of the theory was in New York City under the direction of Police Commissioner William Bratton. He and others were convinced that the aggressive order-maintenance practices of the New York City Police Department were responsible for the dramatic decrease in crime rates within the city during the 1990s. Bratton began translating the theory into practice as the chief of New York City’s transit police from 1990 to 1992. Squads of plainclothes officers were assigned to catch turnstile jumpers, and, as arrests for misdemeanours increased, subway crimes of all kinds decreased dramatically. In 1994, when he became New York City police commissioner, Bratton introduced his broken windows-based “quality of life initiative.” This initiative cracked down on panhandling, disorderly behaviour, public drinking, street prostitution, and unsolicited windshield washing or other such attempts to obtain cash from drivers stopped in traffic. When Bratton resigned in 1996, felonies were down almost 40 percent in New York, and the homicide rate had been halved.
Necessity is the mother of invention
The most popular businesses these days are those that attract people by raising their profile. There are many businesses where people themselves are money. A business that has attracted a lot of people is being bought by a website that attracts even more people at a higher price. We live in an age where attracting people is a business unto itself. However, the real business is to create something that the market needs and sell it. In English, it's called "find the need and fill it!”
So, when you think of business, it starts with paying attention to what the market needs and finding something that feels that need. That is the origin of the saying, "necessity is the mother of invention.” The most popular type of business during this Coronavirus disaster is the restaurant industry. That's because food is something that people need. However, restaurants have more competition than any other business. So, the success rate is also lower.
If you think about the case of a system development company like ours, "need" varies from customer to customer. We are in the business of creating system tools. So we can't find the "need" by ourselves. That's why we are always looking for partners, we are a tool creation company.
So what's important for us is to network with people who know what we need and work together to create a system. Thank you again for reading this newsletter. Next time we'll talk about the meaning of SaaS (software as a service), the type of systems we build, and how it compares to traditional system development.
