AI is a hot topic everywhere. Being in tech, PSPINC is naturally considering how to incorporate AI into our operations. AI is like an engine in a car. How you use that engine depends on the type of car you put it in. It could run a sports car or a truck, depending on the application. In other words, how you utilize AI changes its nature. Essentially, AI serves as a fundamental tool, and it is crucial to determine what applications to leverage it for.
When people mention AI, it encompasses an enormously broad field. This vastness can make it difficult for many to understand how to use it. Therefore, instead of talking about AI in general terms, it may be more helpful to explain applications that utilize AI. While AI is not confined to a single application, having an easy-to-understand initial application is important.
Finding the right application for each field is key to effectively utilizing AI. It is important to consider AI solutions that meet the specific needs of your company. For example, consider the role of a phone receptionist. Not only can AI help determine which department to transfer a call to, but it can also answer basic questions and route the call to the correct person. By replacing traditional phone receptionists with AI, costs can be reduced. Additionally, AI can handle initial support or sales inquiries, reducing the man-hours spent on these tasks. Providing concrete examples like these can effectively communicate the benefits of AI.
In terms of services offered by PSPINC, we have blogs that could use AI for automatic translation or built-in text-to-speech capabilities. While I cannot definitively say how AI will be incorporated into services at PSPINC at this stage, we aim to continue to improve our product and introduce AI through understandable applications in the future.
