There are some excellent producers in the group. One of them, Showbiz has a good ear. He creates beats with very characteristic samples.
Lord Finesse is both producer and MC. He doesn't have recent work, but has been releasing unreleased beats back in 90's from Slice Of Spice. He has established his style in 90's. As well was Showbiz, I can recognize his beat without a prior information.
DJ Hondaのほぼ全ての曲は好みではありませんが、この20年前の『Honda II』は別です。R&B色で聴きやすく、且つ渋い。大学生の頃にレコードを買いましたが、車で聴きたくなったのでCDを買いました。レコードとCDでは曲目リストが違いますが、曲順はレコードのほうが好みです。アメリカで受け入れられそうな強いビートに、聴きごたえのある曲が並びます。知っているサンプリング曲があるので面白い。
