Sunrise 今日の日の出（2023.12.02）TimeLaps😊

This morning, it has become colder since last night, and although there is no wind, it is a chilly morning.
There are clouds on the horizon, but it was a beautiful sunrise.
I plan to go to the mountains again today, and my body is finally getting used to the
winter mountains.
It takes time to adapt to this, and I can feel the effects of aging.

今朝は昨晩から寒くなってきました、今朝も風はありませんが寒い朝となっています。
地平線には雲がありますが、きれいな日の出でした。
今日も山に行く予定、やっと冬の山に体が慣れてきました、この順応に日にちがかかる
ようになり、加齢を感じます。
