There is something making US stock to go down for almost a week.
I decided not to replace my Honda Accord with Ford Shelby GT500. That would have been fun but I am sure I will regret the choice. This september, I have been driving my accord for 3 years. The warranty is going to expire them.
I need to find the replacement ... I purchased my Accord from Lynnwood Honda because they also belong to Seattle Executives Association. We also lease mini van from them. But unfortunately they are not our customer. So, I will not replace my Accord with new Honda.
We have two companies that are our customer. One is Fuji Heavy Industries and they are the parent company of Subaru. And another is Northwest Fleet Lease which we bought new Ford Focus from. We will be replacing Honda Civic with Subaru.
I have three months to decide what car to replace my Accord.
I had lunch at Overlake Golf & Country Club ... It was one of the nicest day. We had lunch outside at balcony. It was really nice. I wish I were playing golf.
Today Japanese Yen went stronger against US $ and went under 100 yen to US $1. Every 1 yen move against US Dollar, PSPINC can gain or loose almost $4,000 every month. That is a lot of money. We would like to see Japanese yen stronger like we did few months ago or even last year like 85 yen to a dollar.
But weaker yen is good for me traveling to Japan.
For most businesses, having qualified leads are very important and they pay good money for them. Because of this, there are so many SPAM emails going around.
Here is how it works. You send 1,000,000 SPAM emails selling best quote on your life insurance. Email might say, no physical exam required, or crazy low price for your life insurance. You are supposed to go to the we site to fill up the form about yourself.
You just told this SPAM company you are looking for a life insurance. Then this company turns around sell this lead to major insurance companies for say $100 a lead.
from the 1 million SPAM, this company may bet 0.015% return registration. That means 150 people registered. When you sell this 150 leads to insurance company, you just made $15,000. If you sell this lead to 5 insurance companies, you generated $75,000. This how hoe SPAM can make money.
I walked Medina park with Pompom and Nano this morning.
