It appears that Mayuri Indian Restaurant has closed its doors. While it's unfortunate, its closure doesn't affect me significantly. Although they used to offer a great buffet, they discontinued it when Covid-19 struck. Since then, I haven't frequented the restaurant as much, mainly because I'm not familiar with ordering Indian menu items by name.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I spent almost half a day at the hospital from 7:45 AM to 1:30 PM. This was my annual checkup for possible kidney transplant eligibility. This test was put on hold for 2 years after my liver surgery to ensure I have no cancer. I hope they find me in good health.

I drove all the way to Snohomish to buy some BBQs. They're delicious and ample enough to serve 3 to 4 people. The total cost, including tax and tip, amounts to around $80. This place ranks among my favorite BBQ spots. They're considerate about not over-seasoning, which is great for those concerned about salt intake.
