The service is called iSecureMessages and is designed to solve common problems that occur with communication via email between clients and businesses, such as (1) leakage of personal information, (2) messages not being delivered, and (3) not knowing if messages have been read. This service is not a new concept and is already being used by large organizations such as medical institutions, law firms, and accounting firms. It is intended to be an alternative to email.

Clients will be issued a username and password to log in to their own service using iSecureMessages, and messaging will take place through this portal. The content of the messages will be stored on the iSecureMessages side and can be accessed at any time. By using a portal instead of email, we can solve the aforementioned problems.

Pricing has not yet been determined, but we are considering pricing that is accessible for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as individual business owners. If you are interested in this matter, please contact me at ken.uchikura@pspinc.com.

iSecureMessagesは、クライアントとのメールによって起こりがちな、個人情報の漏洩、メッセージが届かない、既読未読がわからないといった問題を解決するために作られたサービスです。このサービスは、医療機関や弁護士事務所、会計事務所などの大規模な組織で既に採用されている、確立されたシステムです。iSecureMessagesは、従来のメールに代わるものとして提供されています。

当サービスを利用するためには、クライアントにユーザー名とパスワードを発行し、自社のサービスにログインして、メッセージの送受信を行う必要があります。メッセージの内容は、iSecureMessages側で保管され、いつでも閲覧することができます。メールではなく、ポータルを利用することで、前述した問題を解決することができます。
