I have canceled my trip to Korea and Japan. Again we called Asiana Airlines in Seattle. They said "Okay" and granted full refund. This was after I changed my schedule yesterday. No cancelation fee, no change fee, nothing.

I do recommend Asiana Airlines. Thank you.

Beautiful Morning

It is one of the prettiest mornings I have ever seen. But it is very cold. I was the last one to leave and I was the first one to be at the office. I was not expecting anyone to show up, but few did. Thank you for coming to work.

I am canceling my Korea and Japan trip this time. I will reschedule it when everything is settled in Korea.

It is 7:00pm and usually there are a lot of people here at PSPINC. But today, we let everyone go home early to make sure they got home safely. I am left alone at the office. It is very quiet tonight not only because of snow but it is a holiday in Japan. It is a Japanese Labor Day.

I had to reschedule my Asia trip schedule at the last moment. We called Asiana to change my flight from to day to Wednesday. This is less than 4 hours away from my scheduled flight to Korea.

James, Seattle Office took care of the changes on the spot. I don't think I will fly any other airlines to Asia anymore. I highly recommend Asiana Alines for you business trip. The only regret is that I will not be able to spend time in Seoul because of this schedule change.

PSPINC is in the process of making this site to be more user friendly and possibly making it the place for advertisement. So, to do the upgrades, we are starting to clean up the servers. Today, we are looking to archive web log which has grown bigger than 600GB.
