After my kidney transplant follow-up meeting at Virginia Mason, all my blood test results came back very positive. Following the doctor’s meeting, I stopped by the pharmacy and waited about an hour to pick up my prescriptions.
On the way home, I had lunch at Red Robin. Since I’m currently sticking to foods cooked to at least 160°F, I chose the fish and chips. I skipped the coleslaw because it’s a raw vegetable. I ate two pieces of fish and some fries, which was quite filling. I brought the rest home — it might end up being my dinner.
After that, we stopped by Amazon Fresh to pick up a few groceries. I got back home around 2 p.m. It’s been a long day so far.
