On the third day since President Trump assumed office, there was no stock trading on Inauguration Day as it was a public holiday. However, the second day of trading has now come to a close, and for the second consecutive day, stock prices have risen across the board. This suggests that there are high expectations for the new president. It feels a bit unsettling, almost like the market might be climbing too high, too fast.
