Secure Private Office Space as a new Business

I recently met with a company that produces secure private offices for home use. These offices offer features such as entry and exit monitoring, along with noise isolation. The startup is looking to expand its market into the United States and has asked us to evaluate the potential. I believe with a few minor adjustments, there could be a strong market for this product in the U.S. Without knowing too much about it, what are your thoughts on this idea? If we were to promote it in the U.S., do you think it would have market potential?
Here is wha I think.
This concept of secure, private home offices could indeed find a market in the U.S., particularly as more companies adopt hybrid or fully remote work models. Some factors that could make it appealing include:
1. Work-From-Home (WFH) Boom: With a significant increase in remote work post-pandemic, many workers seek comfortable, distraction-free spaces. A secure, noise-isolated office could offer a more productive environment than a traditional home office setup.
2. Security and Privacy Concerns: As more people handle sensitive data from home, security features like entry/exit monitoring may be attractive to businesses requiring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., finance, healthcare, legal).
3. Noise Isolation: Noise cancellation is a common challenge in home offices. A space that addresses this issue would appeal to professionals who need concentration or participate in frequent video calls.
4. High-End Market: If marketed to high-level professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives who require premium home office setups, there could be strong demand, especially in urban or upscale areas where space is at a premium.
A few adjustments like more aesthetic appeal, flexibility in design, and perhaps integrating smart-home technology could help this product appeal to the U.S. market. If broadcasted correctly, positioning it as a high-end, productivity-boosting solution might generate interest.
