Not giving any choice of color is not good for business in the long run.
Henry Ford (1863-1947) documented that he made the “any color so long as it is black” comment during a meeting in 1909 (Henry Ford in collaboration with Samuel Crowther in My Life and Work. 1922. Page 72).
But when it comes to the color of the skin, that should not matter.
If you have to talk about the skin color diversity, you are acknowledging you have problems.
We are completely color blind when it comes to employment and promotions.
