Puget Sound Business Journal is going mobile with iPhone application by providing the link using QR Code. QR Code should have been used to direct the mobile user to their mobile version of web site, but instead it takes you to iPhone application. I am not an iPhone user, I am an Android user, so I have no idea what kind of application PSBJ has.
