Announcement: New WebdeReserve Features Now Available

We’re excited to announce our reservation system, WebdeReserve, has new features! Now it's easier than ever to manage events!

Waiting List Function

We've added a function that lets users register for a waiting list when an event has exceeded capacity. When a space becomes available, WebdeReserve will send a notificaton and let people register for the event until it reaches capacity again.

The process from setup to use is as follows.

Create or edit a new event.
Set “Attendance Limitations” (check “Limit the number of participants”).
Select the “Maximum Number” of people who can sign up for the desired event.
Fill in the other fields necessary to create or edit the event and save.
After reaching the maximum number of participation, the registration form will switch to the Wait List Registration Form".
When a space becomes available, WebdeReserve will send the following notification to the email address registered on the "Wait List Registration Form".

*In addition to cancellations, WebdeReserve will send notifications if the organizer increases or removes the maximum number of people for an event.

Following is the way to check who else is on the waiting list:

Click on the “>” icon in the event list.
Click on “VIEW WAITING LIST” at the bottom of the page.
Confirm the “Name” and “E-mail address” of the registrant.
