We are happy to announce our reservation system, WebdeReserve, has new features!

 

 

With the new “Confirmation Email Notes”, you can display any message in the “application confirmation e-mail” that event participants receive when they register the events. This lets you freely enter and send information you wish to convey to event participants.
 
In addition, if you enter an email address or a URL, WebdeReserve will automatically convert it into a link participants can click on in the email. 
 

Then it will display the entered information in the "application confirmation email" as shown below:

 

 

 

We've also added a new reminder email function tht lets you send reminder emails to event participants. You can send reminders one week, three days, one day, one hour, 30 minutes, or even 15 minutes before the event start date and time. You can even send multiple reminders at the same time.

 
If you schedule an event for multiple dates, WebdeReserve will send a reminder based on the first date's start date and time.

 

Pleasese note that WebdeReserve will not send reminders to email addresses that have not been verified or to those who have cancelled their participation.

 
The information you enter in the “Reminder Email Notes" field will be included in the “Notes” section of your reminder e-mail. As with the “Confirmation Email Notes,” WebdeReserve will convert your e-mail address and URL into a link.
