「家庭の裏庭」　部署

部署名が変更になったとの連絡があった。
新部署名は「バックヤード部」だそうだ・・・・

和製英語で売上には直接関係の無いスペースを意味する。
本来の英語では家庭の裏庭

その部署は事務・総務部門だのだが、「裏庭」や「物置」ではあんまりだと思う。
名付けは、自分は会社で一番仕事が出来ると思いこんでいる「女性管理職」だそうだ。
例外だと思うが、この会社の「女性管理職」はこのレベルだと、ついつい思ってしまう・・・・

星降る町KISO

星降る町KISO
Kiso Town in Nagano Prefecture is a town where stars fall.
As you head north on the road towards Takayama from
the medieval town with its ancient history, you enter a different world.
Urban light is blocked out, and an astonishing number of stars shine in the
pitch-black night sky to welcome us.
The Milky Way, of course, is present, but there are so many stars that constellations
are unrecognizable due to their sheer abundance.
Today, we bring you the spectacle of these stars revolving around the North Star.

The shooting location is in front of the Kiso Fukushima Ski Resort, at the Center House.
We obtained permission for the filming.
October 19, 2023, around 10 PM, LiveCompo MFT 8mm.


長野県木曽町は、星の降る町です。中世からの古い歴史を持つ市街から、高山市に
向かう道を北上すると、そこは別天地。
都市光が遮断され、漆黒の夜空の中で輝きを増した驚くほどの数の星たちが我々を迎えて
くれます。銀河は勿論、あまりの数の多さに星座の判別が出来ない程です。
今日は、その星たちが、北極星の周りをめぐる光景をお届けします。

撮影場所は、木曽福島スキー場、センターハウス前。許可を頂いて撮影しています。

Tonight, with clear skies, I was able to capture the beautiful trails of stars.
The straight lines are the trajectories of artificial satellites,
and the slightly curved ones are airplanes.

今夜は雲もなく、星の軌跡がきれいに撮影出来ました。
直線の軌跡は人工衛星、少し曲がっているのは飛行機。

Today is mostly clear, but there is some haze, allowing for direct viewing of the sunrise.
I was out last night for some constellation photography, but the clouds took
a while to clear, making it quite challenging.

今日はほぼ快晴ですが、霞があり日の出の太陽の直視が出来ます。
私は昨夜は星座撮影をしたのですが、雲がなかなか消えなくて大変でした。
