It is a long trip back to Seattle from Austin via Salt Lake City. It was interesting to see how Dell sees the world.
I receive too many emails, many are just plain sales email so I try to opt-out from many. One was from the restaurant. I signed up to this email to get discount at the restaurant in Las Vegas many years ago.
I just got too many from them since they have no location in Seattle. I click on "Unsubscribe" and this is what I got. Their unsubscribe is not working. Not cool. One of the things that we make sure when we built http://www.newsmail.com was the opt-in and opt-out feature. I will double check to make sure this does not happen to our system.
Look I am a PC. No, I am a Tablet.
Look closely, your screen is upside down.
According to DELL, companies all over the world is moving to Windows 8 because of its security capabilities. The fancy interface and faster boot up are not the reasons why people should move to Windows 8. Very interesting.
Okay, I went to a bar for dinner. It is the Best Honky Tonk Music in Texas ... whatever that means. The place is called Broken Spoke. It is a live country music bar and dance place serving traditional Texas food ... I ha country fried steak ... what is that any way?
Music was great. I had fun.Dinner, beer and tip came to be $20. No cover. Looks like there are lots of famous people came and performed there.
I ad my lunch / Po-Boy at Austins Famous Surf & Turf Trailer Restaurant. It was good. I has Tuna Po-Boy. Its really fresh considering I am in the middle of the state.
It is good to see Googl Map on iPhone.

It must have taken some time to do this, don't you think?
The keynote speaker at Dell World 2012 was non other than President Clinton.

Interesting. Dell is not looking to help company like ours. They are looking for large companies as their clients.

I met one of Bloguru Buddies from Japan who is stationed in Austin for dinner. He took me to a place called North by Northwest Restaurant & Brewery in north Austin. Isn't it wonderful to meet people you know from the place like Bloguru?
He works for Japanese storage company called Buffalo. You may have seen their products in the computer stores. Today is the first day of DELL WORLD. I have to get ready and leave in about 1 hour. It is 6:15am on Wednesday ... that means it is 4:30am Seattle time. Not cool.
