We are keeping eyes on Pompom’s lymph nodes. So far there is no sign of cancer coming back. That is a good thing. I hope we can keep him this way.

Pompom is recovering from chemo nicely. I am feeling confident that nothing will happen while I will be on business trip to Japan from February 5 to 15. He will have one more chemo before I go and he will have another right after I come back. We will keep our eyes on his lymph nodes to make sure nothing is growing.

Bellevue Connect in Unconnected!!!

The City of Bellevue must have spent thousands of dollars bring in the fiber lines and isntanlde WiFi at Bellevue Highland Park. It worked for one day and went down. What waste of money! The city should have contracted the company to run it. The goal of the city is to bring Internet to the park ... not minting it. It is just very stupid.

Pompom slept well last night. I think his appetite is not as much and he is starting to loose weight. Do not worry, he gained almost 3 pounds in last 4 months. I think he is getting back to his normal size. As he loose weight, his breathing is getting better.

Mayumi went on a day business trip to Spokane, I am with Tiny and Nano today. Nano is 10 years old as well. I just hope all three dogs to be healthy.

Server Monitoring

We have several hundred servers at our data center serving companies with Domain, Web and Email. We need to make sure those servers are running fast. To ensure that, we are monitoring our servers and services 24 hours a day.

We have people 24 hours a day, but we have build the software to monitor both hardware and software. It is called Sitemonster. We made this software because when we started the hosting business, there were no system or software to monitor servers and services.

I am here with Tiny!

Pompom i recovering from the chemo he had two days ago. His appetite is coming back and starting to move little bit more today.

I really had negative feeling about chemotherapy, but I have change my mind about it as far as Pompom is concern. Considering how bad his lymphoma was, it is remarkable that he is still here.

I am here!
Fighting Cancer!

9 weeks (63 days) has passed since Pompom started his chemotherapy to treat his lymphoma. His lymph nodes were as big as three golf balls and where very hard. After the second chemo, his lymph nodes started to soften, heated up and shrink. Currently his lymph nodes are at the normal size and I cannot tell where they are.

I do not know how long we can keep his lymphoma under control but I am very happy to have him around for nine weeks. There was an option of putting Pompom to sleep nine weeks ago. I just hope he continue to fight his cancer and stay with us as long as possible.

Thank you for all your support. He is here and still fighting. Go Pompom!
