This is one of the most inspiring TED speech ... It is in Japanese but main theme of the speed was "思うは招く" which means "If you wish enough, you will get it."
What inspired me the most is when he talked about expensive car. It is not a car you are looking at. It is a dream of someone. You are just buying his dream. People say "You cannot do that", "it is impossible"... Do you notice that those words always come from the people who have never done anything.
When people are trying something new, you need toggle them little encouragements. That is all they need. I really love the speech.
When you see cherries in Washington State ... it is a sign of summer. It is our tradition send box of cherries to our clients in Japan for thanking them for supporting is.
Traffic at 10:30am ... Bellevue / Redmond i520 Near Microsoft Exit.
Seattle / Bellevue areas are growing so rapidly that the infrastructures including highways and roads are not being able to handle the increase traffic. In addition, the State, counties and cities are trying very hard to move people from driving their cars to public transportation such as buses and light rail lines.
To accomplish this, many new taxes have been introduced and making Washington State and cities like Seattle very unfriendly to businesses regardless of the size. This is very unfortunate. Many businesses have relocated their headquarters to other states and small businesses are moving out of Seattle.
Also the city of Seattle adopted $15/hour minimum wages ... That is $1.00/hour more than San Francisco. It just made it more difficult for people to get minimum wage jobs in Seattle. That caused more and more homeless people in Seattle. It is a very negative spiral we put ourselves in.
