Need is the Mother of Invention

What does the market need? Some think this is the first step necessary for business. Though it is also true that even if you don't need anything, there are people who will buy anything if the price is low enough. I do believe shopping is a part of human nature.

My company is a software development company. So I'm always thinking about what problems companies have. I’m also thinking about what kind of software can be developed as a means to solve those problems. Needless to say, my company has various issues as well. So, I think about solving our problems too. Nowadays, remote work is commonplace thanks to the Coronavirus, but it has created a lot of problems.

When developing software, I believe that the most important thing is whether the software we develop can reduce your expenses or increase your revenue. After all, the bottom line is that the solution benefits the customer. If your company has a repetitive task that you spend hours on performing every month, why not look at it online and computerize it?

I'm only talking about computer software right now, but I've also been in business in the US for 33 years. I think I can talk to you about many other things as well. As a friend, please feel free to reach out to me.

According to CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) National Center for Health Statistics 2018. Deaths and Mortality data for the US. says.

Number of deaths: 2,813,503/Year
That is 7,708 deaths per day.
This is before Covid-19.

In 2020, Covid-19 claimed almost 160,000 lives as of today.
It is about 761 death per day.

So, it is about 10% of all death in the U.S. by Covid-19.
This is a big number.

1,773 people die from heart attack everyday.
You have 2.3 time more chance of death by Heart Attach than Covid-19.

370 people die from cancer everyday.
You have 1.9 time more chance of death by Covid-19.

90 people die from car accidents per day.
That means you are 8.5 times more likely to be killed by Covid-19.

44 people die from guns per day.
That means you are 16.6 times more likely to be killed by Covid-19 than a gun.

34 people die from AIDS per day.
That means you are 22.2 times more likely to be killed by Covid-19 than AIDS.

Covid-19seems to be the No.2 cause of death in the US. If you can prevent it by a simple act of waring mask and waking your hands. It is a small price to pay. Don't you think?

I use 4K 43" SONY BRAVIA TV as my monitor for desktop. But one of the best use for this setup is watching YouTube. The picture above is what I captured the screen.

I miss playing golf. I should play more often.

I just received new MacBook Pro Desk Stand. I am waiting for a new 43" 4K TV (Monitor) and stand for that. Once they are here, I will setup new desk but until then, this is what my ask looks like with 50" TV and MacBook Pro on the new stand.
