I visited my old college when I went to Torrance this week. Instead of flying into Los Angeles International, I flew into Ontario Airport for this trip. On my way back from Torrance to Ontario Airport, I took a detour to visit my old college. It’s hard to believe it has been over 40 years since I graduated. When I first enrolled, it was called Azusa Pacific College. It became a university when I was a junior, I think. Since then, the college has grown significantly, and I no longer recognize most of the campus or any of the faculty members. But it's good to know it's still there.

 

 

 

After the Thursday morning meeting online, we checked out from hotel in Torrance California. We visited Tokyo Central and we departed apart. I went to visit my college which is at azusa Pacific University. At lunch at San Dimas and to the rental car back to Ontario airport. I spent some time at airport lounge and I am now waiting at the gate for my flight back to Seattle. It was a very productive trip and our staff from San Diego did the excellent job at seminar last night.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have a friend at City of Torrance ... Torrance has one of the hiest Japanese populations in California.

 

 

 

I'm on my way to Ontario this morning. I was not able to sleep last night. I'm going to sleep on this flight. 

 

 

 

I finally decided to subscribe to ChatGPT 4.0. It seems more user-friendly, and the "Read-out" feature is great. It even reads Japanese perfectly. At $20 per month, it's about the cost of one lunch here in the US. I think I can afford it as it improves my productivity a lot. I hope this will reduce my misspellings and bad grammar.

 

 

 

I found the intersting video about Jaopanese culture based on late Showa Era. (1926 ~ 1989). I was a businessman working in Japan and this video remindes me of that crazy era.

I filled up my car yesterday at the Chevron station near my house at $4.99 per gallon for the regular gas. Because my highbred gets over 35 miles to the gallon I only had to fill up very little time but it is still over $50 per fill ups. I checked on the Internet to find out that Texas and Florida are charging about three dollars per gallon of gas. We are paying 60% more because we are in democrat controlled states that people in the government are not making people driving a gas car.

 

Gasoline cars are more efficient and cheaper and looks like it has less impact to the environment than electric cars. But I am not the scientist so I may be completely wrong. But I may be right. Charging more to the people who knees thinks that they charge more is very destructive to the every day living. What are they doing with all the taxes that they collect from gasoline?
