There are no TERIYAKI stores in Japan. Of cause TERIYAKI is one of the ways you can cook meat but there is no TERIYAKI restaurant in Japan.

This is a picture I took in Japan at Shinagawa train station around 10:00am. I am sure 99% of people working in Tokyo commute by train.

If this is the image of Seattle commute the city and state governments are imaging, I don't know if I like it. Commuting scene reminds me of ants.

At the peak time around 8:30, there will be at least five times as many people walking in same direction.

Mayumi broke her cellular phone today. She dropped her phone trying to clean up my dog's face. It is my fault or is it?

Fortunately, phone does work. We need to replace the glass portion. That will be a lot cheaper than replacing the phone.

You got be shitting me. (Please execuse my language) The temp. went up to 38.5C in Tokyo today. That is over 101 F with humidity of over 70%.

If you need to loose weight, just come here. You may die from the heat before you loose weight.

People are walking like zombi ... including myself.

After almost 10 hours of flight, I have arrived in Japan. it is 90F here and humidity is like a steam bath. I will sleep soon, as I have a few appointments already tomorrow.

It is known as SUKIYAKI SONG in the US. This song came out in the summer of 1963. The singer, Kyu Sakamoto was 22 at that time. He died in the Plane accident known as JAL 123 in August 12, 1985. JAL 123, Boeing 747SR-46, lost its tail ladder on the way from Tokyo to Osaka. 520 people lost their life with 4 people survived in this accident.

Above is the only picture left of JAL 123 in flight. There is no tail ladder.
