When I received my order (shampoo) from Amazon, it came in the clear plastic wrap and the bottle was leaking. The box was not damaged and the shampoo was the only item that is damaged.

Considering the fact that the shampoo was already wrapped in the plastic, Amazon people who packed the package knew the shampoo bottle is damaged. The product will be shipped back and they have to refund or re ship the product. It is a waste. It is just a one product but the quality control needs to be improved.
