We’re excited to announce a new WebdeReserve feature that lets organizers track participants' reminder notifications for scheduled events, making it easier and more efficient to schedule events!

Reminder Sending Log

With this update, event organizers can now track participants' reminder notifications. This feature includes a "Reminder Sent Successfully" email and a "Reminder Sending Log" for easy reference.

Here's how to set up this new feature:

Create a new event or edit an existing one.
Set up Reminder Notifications (Options include: one week before, three days before, one day before, one hour before, 30 minutes before, or 15 minutes before. Multiple selections are also allowed).
Fill in the other necessary fields to create or edit the event and save.
When the scheduled reminder time arrives, WebdeReserve wil send participants a reminder email, and the event organizer will receive a "Reminder Sent Successfully" email.

*WebdeReserve sends these reminders based on the event's time zone settings at the time of creation.

You can access the Reminder Notification Log in two ways:

From the Event List

Click the “>” icon in the event list.
Scroll to the bottom and click “Reminder Notification Log”.
Check the sent time, total number of sent notifications, recipient names, and email addresses.

From the Reminder Notification Completion Email

Open the Reminder Notification Completion Email.
Click the “View Detailed Log” button.
Check the sent time, total number of sent notifications, recipient names, and email addresses.
