Announcement: New WebdeReserve Features Now Available

We are happy to announce that we have added new features to our reservation system, WebdeReserve.

1. Event Participation Cancellation Function Added

Before this update, only the event administrator could cancel registered participation, but we've added a “Cancel Participation” button to the event registration confirmation email so that event participants can cancel their participation themselves.

When cancelling an event, registrants and the event administrator will receive the notification emails and the administrator can also check if a participants have cancelled their involvement.

2. Updated Event Email Notification Function Added

When the administrator edits the event registration after already sending the registration to people, participants will automatically receive a notification email stating that the event has been changed.

With this update, you can now choose if you want to send a notification email to participants from the pop-up that appears after you click the “Edit Event” button.

If you select “Yes” in the pop-up window below, WebdeReserve will send a notification email. If you select, "No", WebdeReserve won't send a notification email.

*You are not required to fill all fields other than those listed below, so even if you edit those fields and select "Yes", WebdeReserve will not send a notification email.

Bloguru: New Image Display Method “Slideshow” and “Tiles” Released

Thank you for using Bloguru.

Today, we’ve added “Slideshow” and “Tiled View” to the image display methods.

Details of each setting are as follows.

1) Slide Show

You can now display uploaded images in a slideshow, where it automatically progresses through the slides.

2) Tile Display

You can now display images in a tile-like arrangement. The image layout will depend on how many images you upload for the arrangement.

The default image display alignment is “inline” (images displayed vertically like before). If you want to change the arrangement to “Slideshow” or “Tiled Display”, follow these steps:

Click on “New Post”.
Upload an image from the “Image” field.
Click on the radio button to select the “Image Display Method”.
Fill in the required fields.
Click on Save.

*On a mobile device, you can change the settings the same way you would on a PC by clicking “Click here” at the bottom of the page under “Looking for all Bloguru features?...”.

WebdeXpress: Ver. 3.7.5 Function Cutback Notice

We’d like to tell you we’ve reverted some functions of the recent WebdeXpress update, our website creation tool that comes included with our web and email hosting service, Dreamersi.

Main Changes:

The following three changes have been reverted.

1) Changed contact form submission notification email sender to "noreply@domainname".

When including the email field in a form, we used the sender’s email address in the “From” section of the notification sent to the site administrator. However, after a recent update, we found this function wasn’t working so we’ve reverted it. Therefore, the “From” section of the notification email is the email entered by the form submitter in the email field.

If the form doesn’t have an email field, the “From” address will be the email address specified in the “Form Email Recipient” field as before.

2) Updated the contact form submission notification emails to include the contact's domain name in the email body.

3) Updated the footer of the contact form submission notification emails to display the “Website Title”.

We’ll continue to update the functions more carefully to keep existing functions consistent. We’ll also continue to make improvements occasionally to provide functions and services that satisfy our customers, and we appreciate your continued patronage.

We’re happy to announce we’ve added a new feature to our reservation system, WebdeReserve, that lets you set the “Registration Opening” and “Registration Closing”. Here’s how it works:

Registration Opening

This feature lets you set the start date and time for an event registration you’ve created. You can limit the number of event participants until the set time passes.

How to Set Registration Opening

After logging in to WebdeReserve, click “Add Event”.
Fill in the required fields.
Check the “Set registration opening date and time”
Select when (time) you want to start accepting applications.
Save the event.

*The time zone is the same as the event date and time.

*The application start time and date cannot be set later than the event end time and closing time.

*If you don’t set a Registration Opening time, the application will be available immediately.

*The following information will be displayed until the application start time.

Registration Closing

This feature lets you to set a cutoff time for applications to be accepted for the event you have created. After the set time, applications for the event will no longer be available.

How to Set Registration Closing

After logging in to WebdeReserve, click “Add Event”.
Fill in the required fields.
Check the “Set registration closing date and time” checkbox.
Select when (time) you would like to close applications.
Save the event.

*The time zone is the same as the event date and time.

*Closing time cannot be set later than the event end time.

*After the registration deadline, the following information will be displayed.
