Announcement: New WebdeReserve Features Now Available

We’re excited to announce our reservation system, WebdeReserve, has new features!

Email Distribution Function

This new feature lets you send an email to the participants listed in the participant list.

Here’s how you use it:

Log in to your WebdeReserve account.
Click on the green email icon on the event list page or go to the event details page by clicking on the View Attendees button and the Send Emails button.

You will not be able to create an email until participants have signed up for the event.

Click on the Form tab of the email.
Add an email subject in the Subject section and add email content in the Email Body section.

If you enter an email or URL in the email body, WebdeReserve will automatically convert it into a link and become clickable in the email.

If you want to send a test email, click on the Test Send button.

WebdeReserve will send the test email to your WebdeReserve account email address.

Click on the Email Attendees button to send the email to all participants.

WebdeReserve will not send emails to those who have already canceled or whose email addresses have not been approved.
You can send an email to participants even after the event ends.
