June 15th 2020 - Microsoft Update Breaks Outlook

An update was sent out today that currently makes Outlook un-usable.
If you have Windows updates queued to install, please do not restart as it may corrupt your Office Outlook.
Microsoft is currently working on a bug fix but there has been no notification of when it will be released and there is no workaround.

Mozilla Thunderbird and Webmail are functioning normally, this update only breaks Microsoft Outlook 2019 and 2016.
