I used to have to setup our Japan mobile phone's email whenever I come to Japan to access my email from our Android Phone. But with our new mobile version of web mail, I can access my email with just a browser. This makes it very easy. Also I don't have to be concerned about deleting the data when I return my phone.
This clod front let lots of snow but also left lots of ice on trees. Because of the weight of ice, some trees are falling down and some big branches are broken. We have one big branch that went 3/4 way into our neighbor's house. I am leaving to Japan tomorrow, I have to take care of it when I come back in two weeks.
There are few people brave the snow to got to work today, But for many this was just too much snow to get out of the house. I took this video as I came in to the office park this morning.
http://www.clocklink.com was under DOS (Denial of Service) attack. We have shut down http://www.clocklink.com and is all the services are back to normal. We are now checking the log to determine the service attack IP for Firewall blocking.
Here are the crazy people of PSPINC R&D who braved the snow to get to work today. There is one person made it all the way from Seattle to HQ today. Our data center is same as usual. Because of those people, PSPINC keeps growing.
It started to snow early this morning and there are about 3 inches of fresh snow on the ground. I drove to work without any problem. It was actually better driving than most of days because there were very little cars on the street. I did not see any ditched car on the street either.
Streets are not white but it is vey much iced up. 4WD and AWD may get the car moving but they do not do much to stop your car. So, be very careful and drive slow. It takes at least twice as much distance to stop.
