MacMail does not seem to handle SSL connection very well. So, if you are having problem communication with email server using MacMail, you might want to turn off (uncheck) SSL connection.
This picture shows the SSL connection being checked. To get to this screen, select Mail Menu Preference --- Select Account --- Advanced Tab
This SSL connection issue is specific to MacMail software. There is no connection issue that we know about iPhone or iPad Mail software.
Here is something you don't get to see a lot from the hosting company ... Back of the server racks. They are often very messy.

We created clear plastic covers to cover empty spots on the server rack to make sure no cold air travels without going through servers. We found this to be very effective way to utilize as close to 100% of cool air.
