Soba Shops Never Go Out of Business

There is a saying in Japan that “Soba Shops Never Go Out of Business”. Soba noodles are buckwheat noodles and are very popular in Japan. Below are the reasons why soba shops do not go out of business. Some of the things I discuss you might want to consider applying to your business.

Soba is very expensive compared to fast food in Japan
Soba has very little food loss as they can be made on demand
Soba shops serve sake to increase their revenue
Per customer spending is higher
Food appeals to all generations
People can consume soba at any time of day
Delivery is very popular
They only need to employ a small number of people
No rent, as many of them operate from the owner’s home

These are some of the things that help soba shops stay in business. Did you learn something?

***

I think there is something we all should learn to mimic what Soba shops are doing for hundreds of years. You can subscribe to my newsletter at https://www.uchikura.co

Holiday Tree

スレッド
Where is the angel or a start? Where is the angel or a start?
No ... it should be called a Christmas Tree.
If we cannot say what it is to make sure you are not offending someone.
That means the word Christmas Tree is an offensive word or thing.
That also mean you feel offensive of there is any other item of different faith.

Grow up and start accepting what is ... We should not hold any faith object to offensive.
