Gas prices in California are to spike 12 cents per gallon across the state starting Novemeber 1.

The gas tax was included in a bill, SB1, approved by the Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown last April. Also included are extra vehicle license fees starting Jan. 1.

California is screwed. Other thanthe weather, the state government is completely out of control. Not much gets done and they are so slow. Not a corporate friendly state. Now, it is not people friendly.
