I cannot read any of it on my iPhone 7 Plus.

Email marketing used to be effective ... people are reading email with their smartphones nowadays. That means you must format your email to use large phones. Many of marketing email cannot not be read on the small screen.

People were cleaning up my old stuff and found a memory card ... It was 16MB (not GB) memory card. That is 1/1000 the size of 16GB card which you can buy now for under $10.00.I am sure I paid more than $10- for this 16MB card. It is going to PSPinc museum.

I just want to remind myself and people around me. If we do not create something new for nest 5 years, what we are selling right now is worth 1/1000 like you see on this memory card.

Seattle Executives Association Ask-a-Pro

PSPinc and Atomic Info. Tech did Ask-a-Pro about Cyber Security today at Seattle Executives Association. There are many great information shared at the meeting and all are valid.

We talked about preventing the problem from happening, but I think you really think you should think about what to do when problem happens. Remember no matter what you do, if you can access it, someone else will. If the paces like Pentagon can be hacked, you have very little change your company's data is secure.

So make sure you have several backups (offline backup and lock it up) which you cannot yourself cannot access unless you are physically at the office. That is a good start. Also, you need to make sure you protect yogurt customers' data at all cost.

Ask professional about how to secure data.

You geta popup message like this.

There survey will start ... you are asked answer many questions.

Then it will take to to this URL (home Page Address)
Again, it has nothing to do with Sam's Club.

You choose which gift you want.
Notice, gifts are free but there is a shipping.

You enter your information and use your credit card to pay for this small shipping.

Well, if you complete those ... you just gave away your personal information with your credit card number.

This is a phishing mail.
Yes, it looks good but it is a fake email and fake site.

How do you know if it is a phishing mail.

(1) Check the email address of the sender. In the case, it should be sent from UGG.com

(2) Check to see if you click on the link, it goes to UGG.com

(3) If it is a sales site, make sure it is secure website.

(4) Does it take PayPal?

If you check all those ... check and see if it take PayPal. PayPal adds additional security.
