The TESLA EXPLR 9 is a rugged smartphone available on Amazon, but it is not produced by Tesla, Inc., the electric vehicle manufacturer led by Elon Musk. Instead, it is offered by a different company named Tesla, which specializes in consumer electronics such as smartphones and home appliances.

This company is distinct from the well-known Tesla, Inc. Therefore, while the TESLA EXPLR 9 is a legitimate product, it is not associated with Elon Musk's Tesla, Inc.
