JASO Annual Gala at Art Museum in Portland, Oregon (イベント会場)
We asked people who wrote messages and signatures in calligraphy to share their experiences. (当時に寄せ書きをした人たちに思いを馳せていただけるよう筆でメッセージや署名を書く実体験を提供しました)
We displayed Yosegaki Hinomaru during the search for the bereaved family, and introduced the contents in English. (ご遺族捜索中の寄せ書き日の丸を展示し、記載内容を英語で紹介しました)
2024年5月23日、JASOのAnnual Gala & General Meeting に参加してまいりました。会場では日米間での更なる友好を目的として200名余りの参加者と交流させて頂き、OBONソサエティの活動紹介も交えながら素晴らしい時間を共有させて頂きました。
世界中の一人一人に家族がいます。家族を愛する気持ちは皆共通です。
私たちは、一枚一枚の寄せ書き日の丸の返還を通じて、国境や過去からの時をこえて家族が繋がるお手伝いをしています。

On May 23, 2024, We participated in JASO's Annual Gala & General Meeting. At the venue, we had the opportunity to interact with over 200 participants with the aim of furthering friendship between Japan and the United States, and we had a wonderful time sharing an introduction to the efforts of the OBON SOCIETY.
Everyone has a family. We all share the same feeling of love for family.
We help families connect across borders and past time by returning each Yosegaki Hinomaru.
