Due to the fiber cut reported by CenturyLink, some customers are currently experiencing SMTP failure (inability to send email). We are working to mitigate the problem. Until there is a solution, we are asking our customers to use WebMail by logging into https://dreamersi.com.
The email sending is not affected when you use dreamers WebMail.

この度はご迷惑をおかけして大変申し訳ございませんた。
Currently (As of 6:00pm Aug 26 2020 PDT/ 10:00am Aug 27 JST), there is a problem on DI email service, and some users cannot send out emails. (Receiving emails works fine.)
It has been confirmed that the root cause of this incident was a broken network cable caused by a network provider's error, and it is expected to take several hours to recover.
It is confirmed that emails can be sent out from webmail, so
please use webmail for workaround until it is fixed.

We have confirmed that it will take at least 4 hours for the network provider to restore the network cable.

We have confirmed that the network provider is waiting for some parts required to restore the network cable.
Again, It is confirmed that emails can be sent out from webmail, so please use webmail for workaround until it is fixed.

Today, our server experienced a system down, and our email and web servers were in the unstable conditions.
The server team performed a recovery and recovered at the following time.

At 3:50pm on Jun 3, 2020 (PDT), 7:50am on Jun 4, 2020 (JST), in addition to the DI Web servers issue, DI email service are also affected.
We have confirmed email service is running in the stable condition as of 4:10pm on Jun 3, 2020 (PDT), 8:10am on Jun 4, 2020 (JST).
Web servers are mostly accessible now but some are still unstable.
