WordPress customer's webpages were down for the above timeframe.
This was caused by the WordPress server and the database server failing to reconnect when the software of the network equipment in the data center was updated.
It has been recovered and we confirmed it is working fine now.

Due to a core switch failure at our Primary Datacenter email and web hosting services were interrupted. After rebooting the core switch all services were restored.

The HTTP service on several of our web servers went offline at midnight. All were recovered within 15 minutes.
One server had a second issue, and was offline for about 10 minutes between 12:25 and 12:35.
