Incident Report – WordPress webpage (was not available)

Feb 27th 23:10pm(JST) to Feb 28th 8:01am(JST)
WordPress customer's webpages were down for the above timeframe.
This was caused by the WordPress server and the database server failing to reconnect when the software of the network equipment in the data center was updated.
It has been recovered and we confirmed it is working fine now.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by it.
