思うところがあり、普段の運動にジョギングを取り入れ始めました。日中の時間が空いていれば、近所の運動公園まで走ります。片道20分くらい。ジムや水泳とは違う筋肉を使っている感じがします。 基本、走る事は好きでなく、持久力もありません。継続したらどうなるか、楽しみにしたいと思います。...
