Fees in the colored areas will be automatically filled in based on the
information provided.
*In addition, due to the announcement by the Government of Japan regarding
the increase in
sales tax from April 2014, adjustments will be made on the amount for
seminar participation
fees and shinsa examination fees. Please take note.
