It is not easy to open an online store and start selling products online even to the IT professional person like me. I cannot imagine how small business owners can setup their shopping cart system online. Once you are setup, next thing is that you need to promote your shopping system. That is another beast by itself.

When I travel to Japan on business, I try to bring back OMUSUBU from the convenient stores to the US. You cannot bring any meat products from Japan to the US, but seafoods are fine. I buy over 50 OMUSUBI every time and people in my office love them.
