It always amazes me how clean Japan is everywhere. Of cause i find trash here and there but not like the US cities. It is generally really clean.

Parks in Japan are clean because people who use parks clean after them. If you go to parks in the morning, you often find people sweeping and picking up leaves. They are maintained by the people who use them. I wish it were so in try US.

In many times, people start asking questions about "HOW" instead of clearly understanding "WHAT" customers want. It is not customers' responsibility to know HOW to get there ... That is your job. But you cannot do your job without knowing (1) understanding WHAT and (2) smart enough to know HOW.
