I think this photo is of the Deception pass bridge, I'm only mostly sure it is because most of the pictures on Free Tiny Images are shot in Washington state and I remember this bridge looking similar, I looked up the deception pass bridge and I'm pretty sure its the same one. This picture was taken sometime in the 70's, funny how structures don't really change appearance in 40 or 50 years. who knows if they've even painted the bridge in 40 years, it still looks the same.
