During the above time period, some users were unable to use the e-mail service and were unable to view their e-mails from March 13 to April 12.
The mail service has now been restored, but e-mails sent and received during the above period continue to be unable to be displayed.
We are currently working on restoring the service.
We are sorry for any inconvenience due to it.

Update:
At 1:54pm April 12(PDT), 5:54am April 13(JST), All emails can now be displayed and the recovery process is complete.
