Because of the design of our building and of cause the climate of western Washington, water damages to the buildings are significant. We consistently repair and replace parts of the buildings but the worst part is windowsills. We replaced most of them when we bought two buildings, but now we are replacing the windowsills...

Quiet weekend … it did not rain … I was hoping for rain so that I can get some relief from the allergy. The weather man missed again completely.

It's such a nice start of the day today. But we are supposed to have rain this afternoon. I walked the Robinswood Park this morning with three dogs. Here are some of the picture I took this morning.

Almost all cherry blossom is over but his type of cherry called Yae-zakura (Double cherry blossom) is blooming right now. My allergy is blossoming too. I lie the weather but I hate the allergy season.

I saw two Bald Eagles on 520 bridge today. What a majestic birds.

It snowed in Tokyo last Saturday. The accumulation was a record that was set forty some years ago. I was lucky to leave Tokyo in the morning. I heard, it snowed in Seattle too. Like Tokyo, Seattle is not very prepared for snow. I hope the snow melts soon.

It is still very cold in Tokyo but I found this in my hotel backyard. Just one tree.

I saw a heron at the Kelsey Creep Park where I walked dogs this morning. It is very nice to live in the city where you can see birds like this.
