Teachers at Mercer Island High School declare these five students of the Junior class worthy of the Mercer Island Snail Award for being exceptional examples this quarter. Middle student is my granddaughter.
It's six AM and Kirin has left for Drill Team practice which occurs four days a week. I will ask her to give me the names of the other four students.
