This is from a conserative economist concerning the cost of healthcare reform. He maintains that there will be a signifcant increase in the debt because of the many costs of providing healthcare to an additional 30 million people.
There is still a great deal of concern as to how the mandate and other provisions, mainly Medicaid, are going to be effected but their rulings.
The SCOTUS is now going to have to decide that if they vote down the mandate, will be rest of the law be able to survive or will it put to much pressure on the public and the insurance industry.
