Authors are the founders of Hubspot, the competitor of Salesforce. I read the Japanese version.

The book explains the importance of social media or blog as the hub of your website. Your website itself doesn’t have a big ability to collect users. The book defines the hub and your website as the city. The more we have the hub, the more we have transportation to your website. Which means that we need more subscribers for social media and the email magazine.

My interest is mainly the first part. It explains that renewing the website “look” is a waste of money. The importance is to change the website concept. Growing the hub to the website and to catch prospects via the website.
