About the Program：There are lots of uncertainties due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many wonder of “what if” scenarios. Now, more than ever, it is important that you have proper estate plan documents in place to protect both you and your family. COVID-19 along with other diseases and illnesses attack people of all ages and wealth. Everyone over the age of 18, regardless of age or wealth, should have a plan in place. This webinar will discuss the timing of your estate planning, as well as the types of legal documents that can provide you with peace of mind during this pandemic, and protect you and your family in times of need, including: Advance Health Care Directive, HIPAA Authorization,
Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, and Differences between Wills and Trusts.
About the Speaker - Ikuko Sano, Esq.: Ms. Sano is an attorney licensed to practice law in California, Hawaii, and New York with over 16 years of experience. In 2009, she founded Sano & Associates, P.C., a boutique law firm in Northern San Diego County offering reliable, high quality legal services to in- dividual clients with a focus on estate planning.
