There was a problem with the earl server which reverted back to July 5 backup. That caused few customers to be able to see only emails amp to July 5. The problem has been fixed. However, the emails between last night and this morning have gone to the old servers. We will start recovering once all email service are normal.

There is no email loss.

We have no more report on this issue. We have looked at our system and system logs and found no error. It may have been caused by sporadic heavy traffic. We will keep our eyes on it.

We are starting the service at the backup servers

There is no issue being reported right now ... But just to be sure, we are starting the service on our backup servers. This process will take about 10 minutes. While we are doing this process, there will be no access to the mail servers.

There are report by some customers that the inbox are not displaying any email. We are investigating the issue right now. We check the servers of the people who reported the issues and found that there is no email lost. We will keep you update.

Due to a system error with our old billing platform which is no longer in use, invoices and termination notices were automatically generated and sent to you overnight.

Please disregard these emails that have ‘PSP Pay’ as these are incorrect.

Email server being attacked by SPAM.

Currently we are expecting very heaver email traffic to our servers. This is causing our system to slow down and not being able to deliver email.

This has started around 1:30pm on 9/9/19. We will keep you posted when it becomes normal.
